Ability to insert a JPG or PNG?
Can someone tell me if MuseScore has the ability to insert and place a jpg or png graphic anywhere in a score?

Yes. You have to drag to a specific element - a note, rest, or a frame - but then you can position it manually relative to that object, and it will stay locked to that relative position even if the object moves.

Except I don't see any option that says add or insert image anywhere. Is it hidden?

Sorry, I mentioned that you have to drag *to* a note, but didn't mention the part about dragging *from* the file browser on your computer :-)
