Changing text property resulted in text (xy) position being changed.
Typed some lyrics by selecting a note, press , then enter some text. Press ESC to complete. Now right click the mouse on the text, select and change it's size to a smaller (say by -1 unit), click OK. The text is moved up.
Is there a grid-line facility to align text back to the original line, in case move the text box during editing by accident?

I can't reproduce using r. 2795 nightly build. What version are you using? Does it do this every time?
I use revision 2012. Can you tell me how to get the latest version on Windows pls. I've heard that the new version with changes won't recognise the old file-format. I'm abit worrying about having to redo all the works I've done.

I concur with your finding. I've just downloaded the test version r2795 and cannot reproduce the error anymore. Thank you for your helps.

It is the other way around. The old versions can't properly read files created with the upcoming version 0.9.6.
That said, if you notice any incompatibilities issues then please file a bug. If the new version doesn't read an old file (from a stable release) then it is usually considered critical priority .
