Cannot include the letters 'm' or 'M' in Lyrics text
Context: I'm using MacOS X 10.6.2 and MuseScore 0.9.6 beta 2.
When entering lyrics text, if I type the letter m or M, the letter is taken as a shortcut for Mixer and, sure enough, the Mixer dialog box pops up. Two circumventions seem to help: (a) enter an m/M in the score's title box (also text but not lyrics) and Copy it and then Paste it into the lyrics or (b) stick to lyrics that do not use the letter m/M.
Has anyone else seen this?

Thank you for your report. I added M as a shortcut very recently. I will correct this for the next version.

The bug report was #2895: F keys on MacOSX.
I change M to ⌥+ ⌘+M. On Mac, this shortcut is normally assigned to reduce the window to the Dock but MuseScore does not offer this feature. If someone has a better idea...

I personally don't care if this shortcut exists. But I do want to suggest that the problem might not be the use of M, but rather that this shortcut is not "turned off" when you're in Lyrics text entry. Note, for example, that I *could* enter m/M in text in the title, but not in the Lyrics. Note also that "I" is the shortcut for Show Instruments Dialog, and you can type the letter i/I into Lyrics. So the bug might not be the selection of M, but that this shortcut is not somehow disabled during (Lyrics) text entry.
Does this make sense?

Sure it does. I change again the behavior. So the shortcut wil be M and is not active in Edit Mode.
