image insertion into a forum discussion
I would like to make comments in some forums and include a .png image as part of the discussion rather than reference the image as an attachment. How do I do that?

When you write, under the frame there is: File attachments.
Click and drag the file or browse.
When a file is attached you will see the command "Insert"
The file, such as an image, will be embedded in the message
