Import PDF ?
Does anyone had tried it yet ? is it in test ? ;)
I saw it on "what's new" page .....
but not, on the handbook ones ....
and so this one may be a little wrong

It sneaked in shortly before RC and is in an experimental stage...
I'd leave that handbook page as it is for now, as it isn't MuseScore itself importing the PDF, it is a service on MuseScore.com that tries to convert a PDF into a MusicXML file that then can get imported in MuseScore.
A bit like the ABC format, which uses a plugin, so does this a more directly inside MuseScore, but still via an external service.

The ability to import a PDF was a service provided via MuseScore Connect in the 1.x series. As MuseScore Connect has been removed, we've added a direct link to the PDF import on musescore.com. The import facility will be further improved after the 2.0 release.
