Be able to connect Keyboard and record the song
I would like to see an update have it where you can connect a keyboard and play your song and the software transpose it out. That would be cool if Musescore did that! Also a transposing feature and part extraction would be nice.

http://musescore.org/node/3292 Basically it would be difficult to filter real time midi input to create a credible score. Expecially if that score contains tuplets.
For transposition use Notes > Transpose. For part extraction use File > Parts.
