Repeat twice
What should I do, that for example the chorus of a song is repeated twice while playing the score. The chorus is exactly defined with "repeat"-bar lines.

If you're using repeat barlines, that section should repeat twice automagically, provided you have enabled the repeats playback button, see http://musescore.org/en/node/35971
If by "repeated twice" you mean, "played three times total", then you need to right click the measure before the end repeat, Measure Properties, and set the Repeat Count to 3.
