How does one add another set of staves, with blank measures, to the END of the 1st set (4th measure)?
I'd like to add another set of staves, below the 1st set (four measures), to the END of the 4th measure. This will allow me to continue with additional notes in order to complete the score. I need to duplicate this process at the END of each 4th measure to fill up my 8-1/2" x 11" screen and continue with editing the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc. pages.

I'm not sure I understand what you are wanting to do. If you are wanting to add more measures see measure operations . If you are wanting to hide staves see http://musescore.org/en/node/2986 or search for the many threads discussing this topic using the search box on the right-hand side of this page. If you are wanting to do something please explain with more detail, name instruments, show a simple example, etc.
