grace notes do not follow

Nightly 3070
Create a score with a Bb instrument. Insert a note. Attach a grace note.
1.Move the original note any interval - Grace note do not follow
2. Press the Concert pitch - grace note does not follow

Thank you for reporting this. I filed a report in the issue tracker:
#5744: Grace notes do not transpose (0.9.6 regression)
Can anyone tell me if they have found a way of placing grace notes after a note at the end of a bar leading to the note in the next bar (difficult to explain in more detail without manusript). I can move them to a different pitch but not (seemingly) from where they have placed themselves!! at the beginning of the bar before the note.
Sorry that probably all sounds a bit double dutch but hope someone can help??

You can move a grace note by double clicking on it to enter edit mode, then use the left/right aroww keys to move the note. Click elsewhere after moving the notehead, and the stem will follow.
Finer positioning can be accomplished using Ctrl + arrow or Alt + arrow.
