Grace notes do not transpose (0.9.6 regression)

Steps to reproduce bug
1. Create a new score for horn (or any transposing instrument)
2. Add a normal note to the score
3. Drag a grace note to the score
4. Press Concert Pitch

Expected behavior: Grace note should transpose just like normal notes

Actual behavior: Grace note does not transpose

Discussion: Marked as critical because it would save the wrong pitch if you compose using Concert Pitch.

MuseScore version: r. 3070 nightly build, Windows 7. Bug not present in 0.9.5 stable.

hello

still not 100% fixed in R3095
Transposing works OK, but if you move a note with an attached grace note up or down within the system, the grace note does not follow.

That's Interesting,

I think that if a grace note is entered, It will most likely be at the appropriate interval from the note it is gracing. If that interval is wrong, one would usually select the grace note to move it.

It seems to me that the grace note SHOULD move with the graced note, but itself be independently movable so that the proper interval can be realized.
