[2.0] chord name collision with tempo

When inserting a tempo indication on the 1st beat of a tune, it will collide with the chord name at the same position.

This is even more the case when using the "Jazz Lead Sheet" template (see attached document), but the collision is also there in the "Trebble clef" template and likely in other templates.

There is nothing done currently to avoid this collision (or any collision in general except chord symbols, lyrics...), except maybe in templates, a modification of the default height of chord symbols or tempo text.
