How do I copy a picture of the swing tempo symbol (two eighth notes = 3 triplets) and paste/import it onto a MuseScore page? I've saved and right clicked the picture, Control C, and Control V in MuseScore, but nothing happens.

You have to paste it to a specific note. So, click a note firast, then Ctrl+V. This is assuming you have the *actual image* in your clipboard - that you did the Ctrl+C from an image editor. If all you actually have is the filename in your clipboard - eg, like if you did the Ctrl+C from Windows Explorer or some other program that lists files - that won't work. But you can drag and drop from the file manager program to a note in your score.
