Jazz analysing in muse score, Writing dagrees, Brackets, complex chords

Hey, Im new with Musescore and i'm trying to analyse jazz standarts like All The Things you are. When im trying to write Roman nambers( II, V, VI and etc)the tension are in a horizontal line instad of one below the over. . What should i do? Another problem that i can't find the arrow that i need to do beatwin the V to the T
