Hi Teddy,
Translating the software can be done via http://translate.musescore.org The translation will be packaged as mscore_id.qm and that file can be downloaded. To install it, simply overwrite the mscore_id.qm file you will find in your musescore directory.
Translating the website can be done via the 'translate tab' on each page. Your account has the permissions to view this tab and add translations to Indonesian.
Normally everything is self explanatory, but feel free to ask!
