need help entering figured bass
Is someone an expert at entering figured bass in musescore?
The 3rd note on the base line has a figured bass entry (5/3) for the up-beat.
I didn't see how to enter that in musescore.
I think I can just break the quarter note up into two tied 1/8th notes, and put separate notations on each.
But maybe someone knows of a better way?

BTW, is there a short cut to convert a 1/4 note into two tied 1/8 notes?
See https://musescore.org/en/node/15183. Looks you you are maybe trying to add those as lyrics instead of as figured bass? If you use the built in figured bass facility, you can enter the figrure on the offbeat by pressing Ctrl+4 to advance by an eighth.

No, I'm entering them with CMD-G.
The image I attached is not from musescore, it is just a screenshot of a pdf score which I'm trying to capture in musescore.
