Allow use of negative "top gap" values in vertical frames and text Frames?
In Vertical and Text frames there is a "Top gap" and a "Bottom gap". For some reason the "Bottom gap" allows negative values, but not the "Top gap." Is there any reason not to allow the "Top Gap" to use negative values as well?

I think it does allow negative values, they just don't have any effect
That's what I meant. Why do negative numbers reduce "bottom gap" but have no affect in "top gap?"
