Applying palette line to multi-voice staff displays only Voice 1 anchor positions

The treble staff has two voices, but when you try to apply a palette line (eg: the text line marked VII), only the anchor points related to Voice 1 note positions are displayed. You have to click off the line and reselect/move to see voice 2 anchor positions.
