Error in "Ways to affect the layout"?

Hi all,

while working on the german translation of the handbook I noticed, that there might be an error in the description of "Ways to affect layout". Under point 4 is written: STYLE --> General... --> System: Fix the number of measures per system, or the measure width.

When I open this dialog at least in the german version of Musescore there is no check box, no dialog box, no possibility to choose this option at all (see attached file).

The function the handbook tells of is definitely not accessible here! Any suggestion, any idea?
