Musescore 2.02 major problem on OS X El Capitan Beta

I have El Capitan beta on my MacBook Pro which has happily run MuseScore 2.0. I installed MuseScore 2.0.2 a few minutes ago and now get a warning that Musescore 2 will damage my computer and should be trashed.

The cheery message is attached.

This is rather strange. I just trashed MuseScore 2.0.2 as the MacBook ran its Security Centre verify tool. It had attempted to do that when I first tried to open 2.0.2 but I had cancelled it. This time I let it complete, un-trashed MuseScore and now it is allowed to run just fine.

Panic over, but all rather odd.

I will put this on fixed. Please reopen if you can reproduce. Also don't hesitate to report anything weird you find on El Capitan.. (I will have hard time with this name... seriously Apple...)
