I have a question for crescendo and diminuendo line. It can change velocity automate? and guide me to change velocity in Inspector. Thank's for replay and guide me.

These markings do playb ack automatically, if your score contains dynamic markings before and after the crescendo to tell MuseScore how much louder or softer to get. So example, have "mp" before the crescendo, "f" afterwards, then add the crescendo, and it will work.
If you don't have dynamic markings, consider adding them - human musicians will appreciate the same information. But you can also just change the "Velocity change" value in the Inspector.
