Playback will not sound C sharp

I am writing a song with voice, piano, bass and sax (so far) and until now the playback has worked fine. However, as I was creating the sax part tonight, I found that the playback will not sound the note C sharp. It sounds every other tone. I'm not using a MIDI, only the computer. Any suggestions?
