How to add an Orchestral Bass drum
Doing a score,
Have got tambourine playing back fine
Have Tom Toms playing back fine
BUT FOR SOME ANNOYING REASON THE BASS DRUM TRACK WON'T LET ME IMPUT NOTES (THERE IS A WEE GRAY BOX ROUND THE INTENDED NOTE ON THE SINGLE STAVE)..
Have right clicked on the >Bass drum (BD) and gone into the properties and all looks fine..(But obviously not!)...
Any ideas?

It is easier to help if you psot the specific score you are having problems with (see "File attachments" link below where you type your reply) and give precise step by step instructions to reproduce the problem.
Since you have successfully entered notes on the tambourine and tom tom staves, I'll assume you have read the Handbook section on drum notation or watched the tutorial videos or otherwise learned how to enter notes, but it could be worth a refresahed
