[trunk] Tabulature: how to reach positions above the first?

Hi,

I did some experiments on the TAB-type staff and I ran into a problem:

All strings, except the highest, accept frets only until they reach the next string, then rather than going on with the next fret on the same string, the fingering 'jumps' to the next string.

A practical example: on a standard guitar TAB, the lowest string can only be 'fretted' from 0 to 4; attempting to have a 5, actually turns into a 0 on the next string.

Am I missing something?
