harmonics don't playback properly

Harmonics (e.g., in violin music) don't sound at the same pitch or octave
they are notated at. There doesn't appear to be a way to have the notated note
sound at a completely different pitch than notated (other than adjusting it slightly) when played back.
It would also be nice to have a more standard diamond-shaped notehead for harmonics available to select from.
