In case you didn't know, using Grab is a particularly poor method to take a screenshot (one reason being that it makes TIFF image files). See http://www.take-a-screenshot.org/#mac for the preferred ways—using keyboard shortcuts or Preview.
PNG is the more or less iniversal web standard for screenshots and similar types of images. But also, be aware that positng screenshots to this forum is rarely helpful. If you are having a problem, we usually need to see the actual score you are having problems with, not just a picture of it.
Unfortunately we won't allow tiff upload since its filesize is typically way to large. PNG should do just fine. Please use Zack's proposed method, which I use myself as well.
