Chord update
When I change the score instrument the notation changes but the chords do not. How do I get the chords to change to reflect the instrument tuning?
The chords do change appropriately when I transpose the score.

Indeed, known issue: #62341: Chord symbols don't transpose when changing instrument/transposition in staff properties
As workaround eg:
1) Activate the concert pitch (tools bar)
2) Making the instrument change in the staff properties
3) Disable the concert pitch
Result: notes and chords are transposed.
