I'm new with this program and I'm stupid
I got this program suggested from yahoo answer, and the person said that I can insert a midi file into this program, then it will translate the note for me. However, I can't find a way to do that, so can anybody please tell me how to do it?

File -> Open -> Pick your midi file -> OK
Be aware that the resulting sheet will not be as good as a sheet made by a person because midi files contains pitches and timing but no sheet related information such as layout or note lenght.
you could also click the OPEN box at the top, go down to wherever you have the midi file, say, in a USB memory stick, (so My Computer; Removable Disc; (midi file)), change the "Files of Type" box from "All supported files..." to "Midi files", and click load.
