Sound doesn't work anymore!!
I just installed OS X El Capitan on my Mac, and now the sound for Musescore doesn't work! I have turned the volume up all the way on my Mac, and have turned the Musescore volume all the way up on the Play Panel. I've tried it with and without headphones, and I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and nothing has worked! This is really annoying and frustrating, as it doesn't work on any of my scores. Can anybody help please???

Odds are if you open the Synthesizer (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/synthesizer), you'll see no SoundFont loaded (https://musescore.org/en/handbook/soundfont-0). Somehow MuseScore has lost track of the default SoundFont. Reverting MuseScore to factory settings (http://musescore.org/en/handbook/revert-factory-settings-0) may be the simplest way to fix the problem.
