Bowings should always appear above other 'articulations'

Context: any MS version since 2.0

Steps:

1) Open or create a score with at least a few notes

2) Add to a note first any articulation or ornament with "above staff" anchor" and then a bowing mark: the bowing mark is shown above and the other sign below, which is correct (spacing is often not optimal, but this is a second approximation).

3) Add to another note the same two signs, but in swapped order: first the bowing and then the other: the bow mark appears below, which is wrong.
