Good to know that this will be possibly fixed and I hope it won't be too long.

I have experienced similar issues using bluetooth headphones (Philips SHB5500) connected to a Android phone (Moto G 2014) and tablet (ASUS MemoPad FHD 10).

I tried to test all apps making sounds or noises and almost all worked correctly (e.g. YouTube, PowerAmp, MX Player etc.). There was only one exception: PhonicScore. The symptoms were exactly the same - very choppy sound and slower playback (though PhonicScore has been developed in Xamarin and not in QT).

I also tested those headphones with the iOS version of the Songbook and they work just fine.

Subsequently I have tested old versions of the Songbook for Android and I have found that versions 1.7.1, 1.8.2, 1.9.1 and 1.10 worked fine. Only the last two versions (1.10.1 and 1.10.2) seem having issues with bluetooth headphones/speakers.
