Puzzling stems
Puzzling stems
I guess this one is going straight to lasconic...
I have a measure with two voices (voice 1 with stems up, and voice 2 with stems down).
(See attachment “Stems before”)
The thing that happens when I simply copy the measure and paste it in a nearby one, is really odd.
(See attachment “Stems after, 1”)
And when I try to paste it again in a measure that lies under the first one, you can see that the problem gets even worse.
(See attachment “Stems after, 2”)
Not to mention that in my score where the bizarre effect first happened, even “undo” would not work.
I cannot come up with a solution. Advices will be appreciated.
Thank you.

Please attach actual files to your bug report. The actual files are without comma at the end.

Trully sorry, I hadn't seen these commas.
I attach the correct files.

Just for you to know, the one with the comma at the end is the backup file. If you have a problem, the one with the comma is your last saved version. Just take the comma off (and the dot at the beginning if there is one), and it should open in MuseScore as your last saved version, so if you do something catastrophic, you've got a backup.

Before pasting select the first 16th note in voice 2, go to the beam palette and double click on the first button (start of beam). Then, you can copy paste without problem.
