Conga Drums in drum set?
This is not really impacting but just disorganized. Conga drums are not part of a drum set they are an instrument in there own right. Would make more sense separated into into's own instrument.
Would be nice to have Timbales sound for those interested in Latin/Caribbean music.
Just saying...

Can't you create one? see https://musescore.org/en/handbook/drum-notation-0#drumset
And sound for timbales, you'd need a soundfont conating their sound.
I'm not sure what you saying, but congas *are* available as an instrument in their own right as well as a sound in a drum set. They aren't listed in the default "Common instruments" subset, but if switch to "All" or "Jazz" you will see them, also if you simply type "conga" into the search box.

These are only three sounds: open on the tumba and open and slap on the conga. But a good conga player (congaist? Congero?) can make at least five and probably more different sounds on each conga. So we do need many more conga sounds to make a useful conga part.
Low and High Timbales are also there
