Oops - my play panel, synth, and mixer are off screen

I've been messing with new monitors, and somehow managed to put three of my controls off screen. Now I can't get to them (can't move them back on screen). Is there any way to reset the location?

I tried deleting and re-installing in hopes of resetting everything, but it didn't. Is the window location information stored in the registry, or some editable (or deleteable) file in the /user/ hierarchy?
