Saving bar line offsets
Hello. I know how to adjust the place of a bar line. Just select it and use the horizontal offset. I need it because sometimes the hyphen in lyrics crosses that bar line. Everything is fine and I save the file. However, when I reopen it the offset are gone. How could I achieve permanent changes in these kinds of cases?

Which version MuseScore, and can you post an example score where this happens? I can't reproduce it on version 2.1, ubuntu.
Sounds like underquark is using a nightly build. Indeed, this is a known issue in MuseScore 2.0.2, but it has already been fixed for the next version, whenever that comes out. See #75826: Offset settings of barlines are not saved.

OK. That is nice to hear. So let's wait the next version.
Btw, the common convention in vocal music is to not extend barlines between staves, specifically to avoid these sorts of collisions in the first place. It's a better solution than manually adjusting barlines!
