The bars on the side to help post dynamics, etc.
I deleted the bars on the side that allow me to insert dynamics, instrument parts and time signatures and I'm new to Musescore. Can you you help get those bars back back I feel I am limited to now making scores.

Those are called "palettes," and you'll find the option to get them back under the View menu.
