How do I show multiple pages on the same sheet of paper (to make a book sort of).

Okay, I am making a choral score as of right now. What I do know about submission for publications is that it has to be professional or else you can have the best score in the world and the publisher will think that it sucks because of the poor quality. Now, choral music is normally 6.75" x 10.5". I was able to change paper size to fit that. However, since my score will be more than 2 pages long, it is required that I print 2 pages on a 13.5" x 10.5" sheet of paper. However, I need to be able to show that on musescore. (Have the pages side by side like a book) Having said that it is not one and two on either side is is 1 on the left, and then the last pave on the right etc. How do I show that on musescore?

In my experience, this type of processing is normally done by the print shop *after* the PDF is generated. That is, the PDF would have the pages size and ordered "logically", then the print shop would read that PDF into their software and do the compositing (?) there.
