Quarter note playing as two eighth notes?

I was scoring a piece and in one measure, a quarter note is playing as two eighth notes on the playback. I've tried deleting the measure and redoing it, opening another empty score and rewriting the measure there and copying it back onto the original score, and changing the note and it still does it.

It's only this one note is this one measure. I don't know why it's happening. There are quarter notes in different measures played by the same instrument (flute) that play correctly.
