Distance between note and bar line

Hi,

some days ago, i finished my musescore-project and exported to pdf (attachment)
now i wanted to change some things, but when i opened the file, the Layout at the end changed..

In the GIF-File i marked the problem.. why is the distance between the note and the bar line so different?
The problem is, now there no or only a litte distance between the acord ans the "1."-Line...

Do you have an Idea?
