musescore 1.0 and midi keyboard input Linux
I'm trying out musescore 1.0, and it seems to be the most stable release yet, so congratulations are in order for the team.
A quick question.
I currently have no midi keyboard input.
Do i need to install portaudio for this, or is there some alsamidi, or jackmidi trick i'm missing? No port for the keyboard shows up in the I/O panel in preferences.

I should add here, i'm using jack for audio out.

You can't get MIDI in if you are using Jack (MIDI or audio) for output. It's a known issue : #6324: Either playback via Jack or midi input via Portaudio but not at the same time
