It isn't really clear what you mean, but if you want multiple instruments, you need multiple staves - that is how music is normally notated. So in Edit / Instruments, add all the instruments you want to hear, and enter notes for them. Perhaps you mean you only need those instruments at one point in the score. If so, you can use "Style / General / Hide empty staves" to make them disappear except when needed.
