Staff property missing for me

Execuse me please, for my unskillness, but I can't find the 'staff property' in the context menu.

I read the previous subjects, similar to this, but it didn't help me. I would like to rename the instruments, but I dont find this option. I send a screenshot, to show you, I dont have this menu when I click with right click.

I find it also more tricky to do that than in older musescore-releases.
Here is a picture (only german) how to do that: Right-click on staff, there are (!) stuff properties and you can rename long and short instrument names for the curren staff-line.

It's better when you post questions to the forums (i prefer english-forums) instead on the issue-tracker :-)
