Is the Besame Mucho (kiss me much) incomplete ...?

I downloaded the score of Besame Mucho, a song by Consuelo Velázquez. I'm new in the music world (4 months learning alto saxophone) and it seems that the score I dounloaded is not complete. Obviously I do not now the original score of the song it's just a feeling because it finishes abruptly...
