Pregunté sobre eso hace unos meses cuando salió la versión alfa y esto fue lo que respondió Tantacrul (https://musescore.org/en/node/330829): "This feature will reappear in one of the next releases. We fully intended to support it in 4.0 until we discovered that it was written in a way for MS3 that could not be ported to MS4. It will require a complete rebuild. We made the call that we should not delay the release to re-implement this feature and should do it instead in a minor release quite soon. Apologies about this."
