how to open old scores
The new update musescore 4.3.0 does not load scores made with previous versions. Does anyone know how to do it. Thank.

When you open it in the new version, a window appears asking you if you want to accept some changes. Go ahead. Then the old score opens in the updated version. However, the dynamics of the audio are altered and you have to write them again. (For example, if one instrument is playing mf and another beguin to play f, at that point both will be heard mf).

The problem is that the window with the old score does not open. closes immediately before being opened

When you try to open an old version it doesn't do directly. First appears a little window as you can see in the attachment (excuse me, attachment is in Spanish because that 's my own language 🙂). So, you will see: Warming: "This file was saved in MuseScore 3.3.3 (este archivo fue guardado en Muse Score 3.3.3 - in Spanish). And warns "please note that the score layouts will be affected by the changes" (in Spanish: "tenga en cuenta que los diseños de la partitura se verán afectados con los cambios" at the bottom of my image).
This window should not close until you click OK ("aceptar"). The score will inevitably open in the Muse Score Studio format, but it is not lost.
