Transposition from one key to an other

Hello,
Before I will work on musescore I would like to know if it possible to tap the baroque score with Ut 1 Soprano Key and after just transpose everything to actual Key Sol Soprano ?

Then I have to also transpose everything One semitone lower because I have an absolute pitch.

Is it all possible?
