The instrument "Hand Claps" doesn't work

Hi, Just today I have tried to insert the instrument "Hand Claps" in a score . This instrument appears with a one line pentagram. But if I try to insert a "note", I don't obtain any result. Is this a bug of Musescore or my disinformation on how to obtain note insert?
