score and audio track

Hello,
I need to follow the score listening to the music at the same time. Thus, a syncronization between the score and the file audio.
I need a high audio resolution, thus I can not use youtube and other. Maybe, It would be great to have 2 tracks, a score track and a audio track but I did not find the possibility.
Suggestion?

il file audio proviene da una incisione orchestrale, non ha nulla a che fare con musescore.
Io vorrei che l'esecutore potesse suonare una partitura che gli scorre davanati sincronizzata con l'evolversi della registrazione orschetrale. Certo, nel caso più banale potrei avviare il file audio con un editor audio e al tempo stesso avviare la partitura di musescore (ma comunque ci sarebbe uno sfasamento su tempi lunghi e occorrerebbero trucchetti per compensare...brutto lavoro).
Sicuramente ci sono software che sincronizzano, visto che si trovano musiche che si possono seguire con una partitura che scorre a tempo. Mi chiedo se con musescore, si può ottenere questo stesso risultato, magari un plugin.
