Download MuseScore-2.0.0.msi from http://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/musescore/releases/MuseScore-2.0/ and when installing 2.1, point Windows to the MuseScore-2.0.0.msi file on your system. That should help Windows to uninstall MuseScore-2.0.0.msi and install 2.1.
