Where I can find dotted or dashed legato to put in mymusic score?

In the Lines palette, choose a plain Text Line:

Then you can set it up with the text you need (e.g. Legato) and choose either dotted or dashed line. Personally I prefer "Custom dashed", which allows a much wider spacing:
