Terms for change in tempo - notation
It is corect to have the terms indicating the tempo changes below the volta line, or they should be above it (if so, how do I make them appear that way?) ?

You can add the changes as staff text. Make it bold and italic. then move things around to fit.
Either can be correct. The MuseScore 3 default is one way, then it's changing for MuseScore 4. But which is the default, you can disable autoplace for the one you want to move further away, then adjust manually.
